Every Child Deserves a Chance to Be Heard

At TEMA Center, we believe that every child has a song inside them waiting to be discovered.

Many children with disabilities face barriers to participation, self-expression, and social connection. Through free community-based music and arts programs, we create safe and joyful spaces where children can explore their talents, build confidence, and celebrate their uniqueness.

What began as a small advocacy initiative serving indigenous communities through art education and book donations has grown into a movement that brings music directly to barangays and underserved communities. Inspired by the richness of Filipino culture, we incorporate Kundiman and Original Pilipino Music (OPM) into our sessions, helping preserve our heritage while inspiring the next generation.

Our programs are led by passionate volunteers, musicians, parents, and community advocates who share one belief: music has the power to bring people together and transform lives.

Through eight-week learning journeys, children participate in engaging musical activities that encourage creativity, communication, social interaction, and self-confidence. Each cycle culminates in a community recital where participants proudly share their progress with family members, friends, and supporters.

More than teaching music, we create moments of belonging, achievement, and hope.

Because when a child discovers their voice, an entire community grows stronger.
